Now is the time of year when your summer calendar starts filling up with fun events like camping trips, weddings and other assorted adventures. So before you get all booked up, don’t forget about us! In addition to the already announced Saskatchewan Jazz Festival, Ottawa Bluesfest and Winnipeg Folk Festival, we have three more shows for you to squeeze into your busy summer schedule – but this time in Alberta!
July 6 – Edmonton AB – Myer Horowitz Theatre
July 8 & 9 – Calgary AB – The Grand Theatre
These will be different from the festival type shows, in fact they will be different from any shows we have ever done before in Canada. We are planning to do very special, intimate shows, with a new ensemble. There will be an audience Q&A component and every ticket comes with a special edition silkscreened poster designed by EE Storey!
That’s not all! For all three shows, we will also be offering 30 VIP tickets! These will allow you access to our soundcheck prior to the show and also a meet and greet where we will sign your posters!
The VIP tickets go on sale here at www.teganandsara.com/shows on Thurs June 2 from 10am to 10pm (Local time/MST). The standard tickets go on sale the following day, Fri June 3 at 10am.
We love getting to go back to visit our friends in our home province of Alberta, and we can’t wait to see all of you again.
